As of a couple of hours ago, the transfer season ended, and unlike previous years, there is no need for any silent auctions.
I will be taking a 1 week break from the Management Game. Helped by the fact that Ill be away from early Thursday morning to late Monday evening, at Silverstone for the British F1 Grand Prix.
In the mean time:
PT Teams
- Send your completed transfers files to SN-ManGame in a PM entitled: COMPLETE Transfers: "Team Name".
Do this even if you have already sent me a file over the past few days.
- Using https://www.pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthr...d_id=16869 plans and decide upon your Training options. Once decided, send SN-ManGame a PM entitled: TRAINING - "Team Name"
This PM should contain details of who you are training, what you are training them in, and the costs.
CT Teams
- Send your completed transfers files to SN-ManGame in a PM entitled: COMPLETE Transfers: "Team Name".
Do this even if you have already sent me a file over the past few days.
- Using https://www.pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthr...d_id=16869 plans and decide upon your Training options. Once decided, send SN-ManGame a PM entitled: TRAINING - "Team Name"
This PM should contain details of who you are training, what you are training them in, and the costs.
- Complete your C1 selection files and send them to SN-ManGame. Make it obvious in the PM title that the PM contains this.
- Using the file in the thread from last year: https://www.pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthr...d_id=12379. You should also submit your PT race wildcard applications to to SN-ManGame. Title the PM:
WILDCARDS - "Team Name"
While that thread was for last year, the prices remain the same - but be aware that the Calendar is different, so make sure you check the 2012 Calendar file and Race Profiles forum to be aware of any C1 race clashes.
--
I want individual PMs for each item. Do not send me a PM containing both your Transfer file and Training file, for example. It must be to the correct account. Files sent to the SportingNonsense account will be ignored. Make sure to use CAPITALS in the PM title where I have requested - this will make it infinitely easier for me to sort through the PMs upon my return. Obviously replace "Team Name" with your actual team name.
Send them as soon as you can. The deadline is Friday 15th July - but see this as the absolute latest time.

There isn't room to make such large titles as
COMPLETE Transfers: "Team Festina - Conec"
I assume the same will be for the trainings. So how do you want it?

84 PMs received, thanks to all who have done so. See this post as a reminder if you havent sent the stuff yet. If I dont receive a PM from you about training for example, I will assume you dont want to do any - and I will ignore it anyway, if it is received after the deadline without a very good reason. |

Will you make an updated thread to make sure everything is sent correctly SN? I know I sent mine, but it would be quite sad if it was lost or something, and it has been realised too late.

You have the PN in your Outbox I think. Then it should also be in SN`s Inbox.
Other than that this is a prove that you sent it and would probably fall under the very good reason . |

It might be a stupid question, but:
Does PT Races use up racedays for your team? Because my team has used up it's 175 racedays.

And to Peli (and everyone really). No question is a stupid question ;-) Better to ask one time to many than do mistakes imo

For some reason (I think it is because of the time difference over to the USA) I totally missed this thread the first time around. But everything is sent now just in time.

You (and all other managers) should always check the Announcements forum regularly to make sure you dont miss anything

I don't really understand the training thing. It would be great if someone could tell me what I should write in the PM. I feel so stupid. :/

I must say, I'm glad this got bumped, cos I missed it too. 8pm bed times screw with the interweb life I've got a rollin' along.

Download the stat gains file. There you see the costs for every point.
Sometimes it depends on the average and sometimes on the stat you want to train. You must read the rules next to the DL link for this.
Then send the PM with the rider name, the stat you want to train and the costs for this stat. And make sure you have enough budget left. |

You really had money left for training in your first season?
I had 100.000 left, 50.000 used for WC. |
