Looking for a Mentor

I am a new team manager of American Express [AMEX] in the CTDiv2. I have been playing PCM for the last 2 years but all solo. I know that I am short on experience so I am looking for a mentor.

Someone who would be willing to answer questions about stratagies, planning and rider evaluations. My team will be built around American riders.

I am a veteran sports gamer of over 20 years, with Ice Hockey, Baseball and American Football. I am a quick learner, so you will not have to answer the same questions over and over.

I have no idea wether the CTDiv2 teams will be able to take riders in on loan, but if we are I would be willing to function as an associate team.
