I was playing hard difficulty in pcm2010 and i also do in 2011. However, i have problems in mountain. when we climb the mountains, my riders have difficulties to stay with their group even if they are way better than the other members of that group... i know it can seems kind of noob, but i dont know what to do in those mountain stage to stay in the lead :s

Did you read the manual? The game changed from pcm2010 to pcm2011. One important thing is the percentage which has a function now.

When your percentage turns red, you need to put it higher. What i do is when your rider is in position to put it on 99
