Now arter the new game has arrived and the tour has started.
I have some questions I have thought more about.
1. What kind of tactical racing can you actually do in PCM? Ex. Losing time
On purpose in a stage race (Like Riis said after 1st stage). Or what kind of tactical racing so you guys do both in stage races and single races in PCM?
2. What is the benefit for you by taking part of a breakaway very early in both a stage race or single race? I know the mountain points and some sprintpoints. So you guys have other purpose or benefits than that?
Hope you know what I mean with the questions. Else just ask :-)

1. It is definitely possible to lose time on purpose. Just decrease your rider's effort until he drops out of the peloton. I do this for specific purposes, such as dropping a rider that will later compete for the Mountain Jersey, or for riders that will later take part in breakaways. This will decrease the effort the other teams will put into chasing your rider, if he breaks away.
2. I usually send one rider in the breakaway, no matter if there's mountain sprints or intermediate sprints. If there are important points (sprints / points) to be had, I send the guy who needs it. Otherwise, I usually send a mediocre rider (climber for mountain stages) ahead. They may just be able to pull a win from their sleeves, and if you're in a mountain stage, it is always good to have a rider up ahead, who can help the leader out a bit when the leaders come thundering by.
