Graphic problem (SOLVED)

I just bought the game yesterday, but when I want to play, I get this

The riders don't have helmets and bikes. It's like this with every stage, and it's impossible to play like this...

Can anybody help me? I would be very thankful

EDIT: problem is finally solved, thanks anyway!
