Hello.

One thing I was wondering. Does sponsor income rely on confidence as last year? I mean, if your confidence bar is full, do you then get more money than last year like you did in PCM10.

Or how does it work?

Your budget won't change until you sign a new sponsor / co-sponsor.

So if you have a contract saying 1 million, it's staying like that until the contract ends.

Great thanks. So basically, if i want to sign new riders, I can only afford them by letting some other riders go, and perhaps have some really good race income

Another (somewhat related) question: In PCM10 you paid wages from January-October. Is it the same in PCM11?

for example Euskatel -Euskadi team

Euskatel is sign till 2016 and same with Euskadi. two different sponsors. They have goals that have importance to them which they list from 1 star being least important to 5 star meaning thats what they want you to win the most. Depending on your success of the season they either lower the budget or increase it. Instead of signing sponsors every year like pcm10 ur actual sponsors stay with you for the amount of the contract. ur success will determine the budget

No it won't. You will have the same budget all 6 years.
