Error message when I start up the game

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 21-03-2010 PCM$: 200.00	I bought PCM 11 yesterday from a local game dealer called Spaceworld, on CD.(Norway) I installed the game, but when im starting up, i get an error message (Shown on picture). I have reinstalled the game 5 times and it still doesnt work. Anyone know how to fix this? https://pcmnorge.n...ach_id=853 picture in the link above thoring4 attached the following image:
