I downloaded the game from gamesplanet. I received an activation key, and a multiplayer key. However I didn't receive a Player Key.
This means I cannot start a profile or get into the game. Any suggestions???

I think the activation key is the same as the player key. Have you tried that? |

The 'Player Key' is the Multiplayer Key.

Correct, you don't work 
If you input the multiplayer key as player key exactly as it's written it will work. |
