Hello,

I am working on my planning for the season, which is not based on the goals set by my sponsor. I want to ride races which will bring me a lot of points, but I can't find out how much each race is worth in either normal points or superprestige points. I have tried looking in my database with the Hannes convertor, but no luck there. Tried sta_race and sta_uci_bonus, for instance.
Or is each stage worth the same? I am familiar with the difference in classes, but I would like to know which races are worth the most in the different classes.

Any help on this subject would be great!

Hi,

When you look in STA_UCI-class you will need to find the find the number in the first column (UCI class). Then, using the UCI class numbers, you look in STA_UCI_bonus for the exact number of points you will get in a stage, general classification, etc. Those points are in the columns gene_ilist_values and superprestige_ilist_values. To check what the UCI class is for your race you will have to look in STA+race.

OK, conclusion is that all the races in the same class deliver the same amount of points. The only difference is that longer stage races can provide more points through holding one of the yerseys, or winning more stages.
