When i try to start the multiplayer, it says that i dont inserted a player key, but i did. How can i solve this?

When buying the game over internet, you got two different codes; an activation key and a CD-key. To play multiplayer, insert your CD-key when you are asked for your key.

Here is an example on how they look:

Activation key: XX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
CD-Key (use this): XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

If you bought the game in a store, you probably just got the CD-key, then insert that whenever it's asked for Smile

I have the same problem, only it worked at first. I have re-installed the game to make it work properly, and now i get the message that i don't have the key. How can i reactivate my user account? Can't figure it out..

I entered the key but i wont work? reinstal?

i had same problem, if you copy_paste cd key in profile dont work, just put manually.
