marble's stats update 2011

Neo-Pro Posts: 377 Joined: 28-07-2007 PCM$: 400.00	Alright, I decided to once again take my time and look through most riders stats and edit them. I've edited most of the better riders to have more realistic stats and also looked up a few less known riders that seemed to have weird stats in the OfficialRelease. Time gaps are changed, some races that were rated hilly are now flat and the other way around to make sure there are more realistic results while racing these stages. I based it off the JanRealName DB, which had a couple of names wrong. I fixed the ones I spotted but it might be a few more around that I don't know of.
