I have a problem with the PCM11.
Every time I go to the top of the peloton and instruct my riders to "hold position" , they always fall out of the peloton. Even with 99%...
you have any ideas to solve this problem? |

I've seen that too. I have to put my riders at the front of the pack for them not to be dropped. Might be fixed in upcoming patch |

I dont have this problem, try relay, low effort, Keep an ey on when the effort start to blink red, that means you have to adjust it |

I didn't have this problem at all.. Are you saying that the riders' yellow bar is still full when they start to drop out of the peloton with 99% effort? |

If you fall too far back you have to move him up again with "own effort" or "relay" and then put him back on hold position.
You can't just sit back and keep "hold position" the entire race, you will lose contact |

Indeed,
espescially in the northern classics, the pack will be divided in several small groups when you ride on the small roads or cobblestone sections.
So you need to be in front of the pack at the break moments of the race!
If you think it is not realistic, watch a real race! |

Really???
I have railed against Cyanide for the crap they have brought out in the past...... and the improvements are LONG overdue..... but this is without doubt the best release in years. Cyanide deserve to be credited when they get something right, and in this release they got a lot right..... and they did it with the first release (well the patch was released in hours).
So lets save the criticism for when they really deserve it. |

I don't think it's a big issue. It seem to happen a bit to much in smaller races with few riders, at least it did for me in The Australian Championsships. In the normal races, I've only seen a few of my weakest riders drop of, and it's a rare occurence. It seems quite realistic to me from what I've seen so far.

I havent noticed this myself, you have to be more careful and not get dropped, but thats realistic. The game shouldnt be played on x8 until the last 20km, thats not a good simulation, its a waste of time. You have to watch your riders, their efforts, and their positions.
If theres an attack and your riders are all over the peleton, your stuck and cant respond. Thats how it should be. But honestly, I havent found my riders ever get dropped, and the hold position works fine. Its definitely something unique to yourself and either a lack of patch or something youre doing? |

I have no problem with this.
I have found out that using dot and own effort to get the riders to the front of the peoloton actually demands less energy than using "take relay", so i allways just use dot when i want my riders to get up front. After that, pushing "hold position" and make sure the effort-rate doesnt start blinking red makes it enough to stick to the position.
Imo, this edition (after first patch) is the best release cyanide has had for as long as I can remember.. normally the game aint playable untill several months after release.. now it works great after 1 day
They have this great beer here in England, I really love it. Its called Pint.

How come, when you press the energie-bar, my riders start to fall way back in the peloton, which is not so great, as I only use this bar when I'm planning on attacking soon? |
