Game won't download

Grand Tour Specialist Posts: 4505 Joined: 05-10-2010 PCM$: 900.00	Just bought 11' online, went into my e-mails and clicked on High-speed download (downloaded the downloader) and it opens up a new window that says 'redirection'. and nothing happens. Grand Tour Specialist Posts: 4505 Joined: 05-10-2010 PCM$: 900.00	Oh and just one more thing, In multiplayer, F or some strange erason I can't connect to any games, It just says : 'Connecting..."On the screen for about 10 seconds then goes straight back to the page where you selsct a game.
