Pack PCM Spain Vuelta 1999

To play with it: you must unpack the content of this package into your PCM folder as it is into the .rar file. Remember to delete the files from the Cache folder in your game and to make a backup of your actual Local.cdb, which is into the Database folder. When you'll load the game, you'll have to load the DB which is called v99.cdb.
Contents
- Teams and riders from the 1999 Vuelta with their own jerseys and leader jerseys (as much realistic as we could do them) and the real national and world champion jerseys. Real minijerseys, transferts and all team stuff.
- All stages from that edition, including climb infos and other additional elements like bridges and such stuff.
- 1999 Vuelta background.
- Almost all riders photos.
- All real frames.
- Real faces for most important riders.
- New race podiums (remember to make a backup of your Blocs folder, too!).
- New tags and crowd wear.

Yeah. You get v4 first, and then you upgrade to v8.

yes. You don't need to be a member to be able to download those i linked to, they are open to the public. You can't download the v8 as that's only available to members atm.
