Hi,

when playing this game my new young riders develop quite early and even before they turn 30 they start to decline rapidly in skill.

What can I do to prevent this?

it mainly depends on the development factor you picked at the begininning of your career (it ranges from 0.1 to 1.0)

the higher the value, the faster the development (and decay) of riders

And is there a way to change it in-game?
If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord will delete my browser history.

i think that default value (0.5) is pretty realistic

You should edit the value in "coeff_f_carac_evolution" column in "dyn_manager" table of your savegame

Generally, 0.3 is acknowledged as being the most realistic.

That is right,but if you only want to play e.g. two seasons,go with higher one if you want to see some progress

I always set it to 0.5 (default), but in this last game, riders like Rohregger evolved to 82MO in a space of 9 months. totally ridiculous Grin
