My first attempt at making a stage race is a fantasy Tour of Greece, as it is my first try do not expect anything great as I learn't as I went through.
The stages play out quite well in my opinion despite there sometimes being a few gradient problems in the climbs, these will try to be minimized in any further work
So please download, try out and comment with your feedback

You should remove the "/" that youve left between .jpg and [/img]
Plus you dont have the full URL for the image file for the Stage 1 pic

Ok I think it maybe working now though the images aren't actually showing up is this because I uploaded too large files or have I managed to make another mistake in this already abysmal showing of mine :S |

The direct link on the right always starts like https://img19.imag...us/img....
You don`t have to cut anything out of the URL. |

Thanks, i am aware of its flaws but it was really just for me to learn as well as having something at the end of it, hoping to make actual races soon which I hope will benefit the community more  |

Well my first race was my Guinness Tour of Ireland. Its full of flaws... And I actually found a huge buck ill have to correct. You might wanna have a look. Its a few pages back in my stages thread...

@miggi133 : Thanks I did go and see your tour of Ireland but will obviously need to add it to the game to be able to see any flaws however I may end up adding it to my database as the team I use is british based

Since i don't know wheter greece is in the .dem area I have a question: Is everything fantasy? Or do the mountains really exist?

It is in the .dem area, and no I did not make them the mountains are all real, and I did actually name most of them in the editor but for some reason it seems they did not come out in game or maybe I didn't update this database but the ones to download are actually updated with the names, Hope you can find time to try it out and report on your reaction |
