Hey I have several questions about the hannes Converter...

1. How can i change the progression speed of the cyclists? even if they have the same potentials, the progression is not the same and i don't know how to change it..

2. Where can I change the rider type, so if he is a sprinter, or a climber?

3. What is the meaning of value_potential ; and the capital f ?
