ok, i am in my 2. season with SaxoBank, in the first season i Won the Giro, Tour AND Vuelta, as they wanted me to do, an i also maid topp 3 Liege-B-Liege and one of the last 2 goals, and yet the sponsors where only mediocre happy... and now i am in tour of qatar and allready i am down on mediocre.

My wage budget is under what i get in income, and i have alot of money in the bank, and i have won several stages this season already.. what am i doing wrong?

The sponsor goals have for some reason no influence on the satisfaction.
They are just good for giving you some extra money.

You have to collect as many Superprestige/CQ Points as possible. Every team has a specific percentage amount of all given points needed to make the sponsor happy.
So Saxobank might have a quite high amount as it is one of the best teams. Normally you should have lots of points already with winning all 3 GT`s but how many other results did you have.
Also it`s important what DB you play. Lots of races and lots of different teams mean that there are more points to collect than in the smaller official DB. The % value might be the same. So you need to edit this one in DYN_Manager.
