Words Disapearing

In my career mode, words are disappearing. For example, on the box where the words free element should be, it is just a blank box. It hasn't bothered except in scouting. I cannot see if the prospects are promising, worth watching, or a future great. All it gives me is the prospect's name and the scout who scouted him. These aren't the only words that are disappearing, there are more. I was wondering what I could do to fix this issue.

Try to copy the Local.cdb from Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/PCM.daily DB Backup to My Docs/PCM.
If you're using Patch 1.0.4.1, copy Local_Patch1041 to My Docs/PCM and rename it to Local.cdb (overwrite the existing one). |

Now I have a new problem, the career isn't loading...
Basically it worked last night after I fixed the words disappearing, but in the morning, now it doesn't. Basically when I hit load game my computer freezes, and the game doesn't load, what can I do to fix this problem?
