Who are the two guys who does the commentating in PCM? I only know them as "annoying young guy who doesn't seem to have a clue" and "posh, British, old guy who is only heard during GTs"

I would pay double for the game if I could get just the old GT-guy!

The american guy is Douglas Rand.
