I have a quiestion about the squad roles.
Currentlyi I have
Vinokourov – Team Leader
Kirchen – Co-Leader
Petacchi – Co-Leader
Nozal – Luxury Talent
Gerdemann – Young Talent
Cavendish – Young Talent
Ciolek – Young Talent
What happens when I finish my masterstrokes in the transfer area, and sign ie. 4 riders who are going to be wanting Co-leader status, or perhaps Lux talent? do they replace my current Co-leaders (if they are better), do they become co-leaders as well, or (surely not) domestiques?
What im really asking is these titles reserved for the 7 best (or young talent) riders, and the rest domestiques, or what?

What makes a role then? Ie. if i buy M. Rasmussen, and want to list him as a domestigues (which according to ast year gives him way more racedays. Can i do that?
Or are you going to make a new system for racedays?

wow, we are going to have TONS of co-leaders in the teams as I expect many riders to cross 400k wages.

It is indeed!
I have yet to formalise a design for Continental race days, but it will penalise continetal teams who pay big for the very good riders, as I cant allowed, for example, Mads Kaggestad (Should he be bought) to have the same amount of race points as Leif Hoste - who i think is the strongest rider currently in the Continetal ranks for next season.

Wait a minute, could you explain this further? Hoste is on my team for the upcoming season, which what caught my attention, and I don't really understand what you're saying. |

Hoste will have a lower race point limit than most other CT riders, as he is a stronger rider. You only need 8 race points for the cobbled races though so you will easily get him in then.
I won't actually work on it until the transfer season is over, but it will work on a scale depending on a rider's average.
