Hey guys,
I just wanted to ask you guys about your opinion. I am playing with an all Baltic (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) team in the career mode. First season was really disappointing because only Taaramae and Vaitkus won anything and Konovalovas won a few TT stages. I now contracted some other riders form different countries like Brajkovic, 3 Americans, a Bulgarian, and about 3 other nationalities.
Now the problem is that I want to win more stages, but there are few good Baltic riders so my team will become less Baltic. What would you guys do? Just contract some riders that come from neighboring countries like Russia, or just make the team international? |

it's entirely personal. If you really want it to stay Baltic you'll have to put up with it or if what you really want is wins you could go international and keep baltic domestiques. Third option is to create some baltic stars on an editor.
Your call. |

Only other thing is scouting young baltic riders but obviously they will take along time to grow into stars but it would be good to see your team progress |

Yeah I've decided I'm going to invest a lot into scouting asn stay as Baltic as possible. But for the time being, I will use other nationalities, preferably from countries close by |

What I do when playing with teams from small nations is this: First, I look at the teams country. Then, I have some second nationalities (neighbours) and lastly I look at all riders.
Example if I play with Adria Mobil from Slovenia. First, I look fro Slevenian riders. Then Italians, Austrians, Czechs and Slovaks. And lastly all other countries |

I've had a similar problem in my sky career.
I wanted to keep my team English speaking so I've concentrated on British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and Scandinavian riders.
I'm probably never going to challenge in GTs but I've decided to concentrate on other races. I've invested a bit in scouting so I'm hoping to develop a strong team over the next few years.
Though I did finish top of the Pro Tour Team ranking last year |

Im Team Sky, I want to keep the team British and Italian because of Sky partnership with sky Italia as possible but also find good talented climbers to maybe help Kennaugh win the TDF

Haha, well with Italian riders its not that hard...
I've decided to try and get Menchov and scout a lot more. |

British winner of the TDF is, plus it would be mainly young Italians and scouted, signing Nibali or someone will make it easy.
