I do not know this editor, but all editors work similar.
1. You have to open the save (a .cdb file)
2. You do the changes
3. You create a new .cdb file
4. You load that file in the game
Are you sure that you edited the save and not the database?
Are you sure that you created the new .cdb in the correct folder?

With this Editor, you don't need to create a new cdb file, you just save the same file it's more simply .
And you find your save game here :
C:\Users\"NAME"\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2010\Database\Solo\PCM Daily
if PCM Daily is your DB of course.

No you are not oblige to save the DB, if you want, you can quit the tool, but you can also save as instead save the same file.
And you have an undo/redo button when you edit something too
So the tool is complete.

Ok, the editor is good.
But then you should not advice joselesm to overwrite the save because he obviously have no clue. |

If you want to edit the database (this is the source of all careers) then why don't you use the editor which comes with the game?
The file called officialrelease.cdb is here (if I remember correctly): My documents\PCM\Database.
After you edited it, save it in the same folder as "MyDatabase.cdb" for example.
Then in the game go to the options and select it. |

There's no OfficialRelease in My Docs/PCM/Database. It's in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/Database. |

I have answer all your question with my last posts but you don't read the topic I think
And If I remember good, you have a copy of the Official Release in My Docs/PCM/Database, and the name of this DB is : custom.cdb

2010 PCM How about making a custom team in the game? How do you make your own team member? Because I will create my own team member, thanks |

I made the real startlist for this year's tour de france, for pcm 2010.
But it doesn't work. When i play the tour all the other cyclists are selected by the other teams. Does anyone know a fix for this? |
