Leopard - If you find Garmin too easy or boring, you will certainly find Leopard too, its not that fun winning evertyhing that comes at you.
Rabobank - I choose them, good team, not the best, many talents in the team, capable of doing some great results at all terrains. Great all-round team.
Euskatel - Intresting choice, GC possiblities, few good sprinters, if you dont like playing on cobbles that is the team for you. Also very fun if you want it keep it realistic and not do any unrelsitc transfers and only nuy spanish riders.
Geox - Loads of talents. Good riders. Ugly jersey.
cio93 posted his Geox carrere with the save. He finished with first season, and the start is the 1st January in the Pro Tour.

Team: Geox

Season (Year): 1.1.2012
Managed to win the TDF in the last TT with Menchov, who also succeeded in Catalunya and Suisse. He led the team to a clear promotion with more than twice as much CQ points as the 3rd team.
Duarte and Kump developed really well and are able to compete for Top5 in a GT / in the cobbled classics this season.
Noticeable is the huge amount of scouted riders.
I was able to sign 8 great talents (potential min. 6, limits >76): 5 stage racers, a puncheur, a great fighter (limit Fl, Prl 85) and a Freire-like sprinter.
Some older riders have been released. while two riders were signed in the off-season: Lavery as an addition to the classics team and Plarre as a stage racer prospect.
I had the intention to make the team younger and to strenghten the Italian base of the team, which was successful.
Roster
Have fun!
Might be good for getting you started with the team etc. if you want to play this just see the save-games thread and downlaod te attachment ciao posted.
