Bug (?): Climbing with point

Hi,
I have a question: I experienced several times that sometines, when I'm riding up a mountain with the point comand and a high effort (e.g. 85) my rider just doesn't give any power. His yellow bar is not empty, but he slows down until his pulse is in the white area (below 167). As a consequence, he loses time to the riders he's following, respectively he can't ride away from riders behind him.

Sometimes, this happens with the "short lead" command as well.

Is there any solution for this?
