Problems with editor

Under 23 Posts: 56 Joined: 16-07-2010 PCM$: 200.00	Whenever I try to open the .cdb file a .nte framwork error shows up. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? I've tried reinstalling .net framework a few times now but nothing changes.
