Does slipstream matter in TT?

I'm wondering wether or not the effect of saying behind another rider has any effect i PCM? In real life you can't stay behind someone due to the slipstream effect, but I see that in PCM riders who are about to overtake someone on a TT can, if the situation is right, find themselfs just behind someone untill they pass them. Therefor, do you get the same effect from saying behind someones back in a TT as you would in a normal stage?

in a TT no as Sporting said, how could it be possibble when riders go through eachother?

That is not really an argument, because slipstream does matter in the normal stages. Riders go through each other there too.
