How many/long peaks in a season?

I haven't played enough to sense how fatigue follows training - in other words I wonder if I can have my leader peak (with 2 colums) at Giro di Italia and again (2 colums) at Tour de France without him loosing too much max fitness at the end of TdF?

Im sure that can be done if you give your rider an easy racing and training programme before the giro and after the tour. I personally just peak my riders with 2-3 full columns per season but i am sure it will be allright

If peaking means level 6 training, then your rider is dead after the tour. Even if you don't set any training in January and February.

But if you only peak at level 5, then it works fine.

BTW:
The game has an evaluation button on the training schedule interface. It does estimate the fatigue.
Additionally there exists an excel file from eyolfur which allows you to calculate the fatigue.

Right.. Guess I will have him peak only 2-3 columns then. And yes, I'm talking about level 6 training.
