Crashes every few days in career

I started a career with custom team - De Koninck-Van Hool.

Got to around March ok, but in April it is crashing every few days when I click continue or even simulate a few days.

If I go to documents>PCM>DB>Solo and delete the cdb~ and cdi file, I can restart and load the game again. But after a few days it will crash and I have to do it all over again.

Any ideas about what's happening?

I'm using the PCMDaily2011DB with 2 Colombian teams + Wallonie Bruxelles added btw.
