I've scouted a young rider named Bronislav Vrabec. I've added the screenshot of him as a file since I'm not shure how to add the image the "correct way". His potential is "Future Great", but I just think his stats are a bit low? |

Please try to add the image again, it does not show.
But if the stats are low, your scout maybe "missread" the potential. Normally a young rider with high potential has high values, but let's see the values first. |

1. The image is proably too large so thats why its not working
2. Dont sign him. Never sign riders with stats in the 50's.

Thoose talent with specialations: fighter never becomes something great. They might reach high stats on fighter and flat. They also the reach around 75 in sprint, hills, cobbles or time-trail. A great team-mate? Yes. Future star? No.

It depends on what you want. Sometimes i had to sign this fighter guys because they want less money than the great ones and they are usefull in several stages (when they reach their best form). In the case you mention I wouldn't sign him because his stats are very low. For me stamina is a reference when I have to sign one rider. Never under 63. |

That really is a crappy rider. I would never sign a fighter anyway.
A good indicator about the crappyness of a rider is the DH stat. If it is higher then other stats, it means that he is very limited in the other stats.
A real future great can have values above 70 in his special skill. But at least these values should be around 65.
