The question here in the Czech Republic is can protour riders Kreuzinger, Hackecky and Styber knock Rabon off of the National champions pedestal?
The parcaours look fairly hilly..
and the early action seems to work out against LEGO's reigning champion as we get a 5-5 split with Rabon in the second half.
In the front half however we also have neither B and O rider (Kreuzinger or Hacecky), but with the presences of Stybar and Danacek in the first five this could be interesting. Also here are Hochmann (Lego), Novak (Pokerstars) and Kankovsky (Yamaha).
They hold a lead of about 3.30 until about 75km to go and then B and O start to chase.
The bring it back together on the penultimate lap but it is LEGO's Rabon that looks the stringest here as he starts a sucession of attacks.
Roman Kreuzinger is the only rider strong enough to follow and he hauls him back quite quickly.
With another rider here the LEGO rider eases off and the others come back into the game.
Only for Rabon (Marked by Kreuzinger) to go once more.
Alas the marking means that Rabon cannot really split things up as Kreuzinger keeps tabs on him with Hacacky, Danacek and Stybar. These five will line up the sprint then with Hacecky leading out, strangely teammate Kreuzinger is third wheel. The dominent Rabon is second wheel and only really Stybar has the sprint to take him.
As they thunder down the main straight Kreuzinger tries hard to close but he doesn't have it. Stybar cannot overtake Rabon on this downhil straight either.
Rabon manages to defend his crown for LEGO (soon to be Bianchi).
