First of all I want to say that I really really really like the game Excellent job! But how on earth do I make my sponsors happy, so that their confidence would be 'green'? I mean, I'm playing with Leopard(excellent job with the DB!) and I'm just 2 stages into TdF. But my sponsors confidence is less than average. I won Giro with F.Schleck, all the cobblestone races with Fabian plus MSR. Also, L.Gerdemann won the tour of Switzerland and Andy Schleck won the Dauphine. Really can't understand it.

The sponsor confidence doesn't really have a huge impact, especially not as long as it's high at the end of the season.
There was a bug report saying that the DB made it more difficult to get a proper sponsor confidence, but if that's the case, I don't know how to fix it.
Anyway - as said, the sponsor confidence isn't that important. You can't get fired due to low confidence anyway.
You can also change the value "sponsor_f_coeff_from_team_classification" in DYN_Manager with Lachi`s Editor.
The lower the more happiness. The value defines the percentage amount of all given CQ/Superprestige points of all teams.
So a 5,5 means 5,5% of all points must be yours, then the happiness is exactly in the middle.
The bigger the DB the more points will be given but your team is still participating at the same number of races because of the race days. So it`s way harder to get that percentage amount.
So 5% means to get much more points than 5% in a small DB. So you must change the value to 3% or 1%, depending on the amount of new races.
Okay. One more question that popped up. Is there any chance of knowing approximately how much will I get from my sponsors the next season. I'd like to sign Hushovd, but not sure if I could have him due to economical reasons.
