Adding a Nat Champ Jersey, Help

Hi, i have a great jersey to wear for Uruguayan national Champion. How do i have to configure to use it? And other thing, i´ve made a minimaillot using the PCMScandinavia's mini shirt guide from a TGA file but the size is not 256k how can i solve it? thanks in advance.

You solve the filesize by opening and simply saving the file with an application like photoshop.
