Confidence w. small teams

I was just thinking of something. How well do you have to do, to get sponsor confidence up when managing small teams (2-3 star teams in PCMDaily DB).

If the team only takes part in very few races, how much does it take to get confidence bar to a good level?

It depends on the team, so there cannot be a clear answer.

It does not matter how much races your riders participate in but how good they are in the races they are participating.

So if your riders are not good enough, you need more races to get enough confidence.

BTW: You can go for the cheap points, like intermediate and/or mountain sprints to win the jerseys. But it depends on race category, the smallest races might not give any points for some of the results.
