Anything over $150 would be good enough probably. But RAM might help too. I just recently bought a $89 card and almost everything is maxed.

What price range are you looking at? If you spend up towards the $200 mark you can get something quite powerful that will last you for a while. Don't spend much more than that - prices in the market fall very quickly, so you will be ripped off.
EDIT: https://www.amd.co...rview.aspx
That's what I have and it serves me really well. That or any of the mid-range ATI 5000 series would do you nicely for a decent price. Whatever you get make sure it is at least 1GB.

My graphic card is ATI Radeon 5770, runs almost every game on max. Games like Crysis etc. PCM too
I don't know where you live, but Amazon.co.uk has great bargain on the card, it's only 100£. Here's the link.

Also have the 5770 and run with max details except of Anti Aliasing as I don`t need this one
Just on some long stages like MSR, PR... I have to lower the graphics. |

Just asking, about PCM, which DirectX version does it need to run nowadays ? Still that good old DX9.0c ? |

Good question.
I have DirectX 11 and have no problems.
But I think there shouldn`t be a problem with 9.0c either, |

Watch out, though. It's generally said that PCM works better with NVIDIA than ATI. |

Yes, it is said, but I never had a problem with my 5770.
Maybe it is also related to the OS.
I am running the game on W7 64 with 4GB of RAM.
BTW:
It should be said that even with the best card some stages might lag or crash, either because much objects are visible at the same moment or because the game uses to much RAM (normal RAM not Graphic RAM but still you would need to reduce the graphical options to play the stage) |

Some stages with sea on it lag no matter what kind of high end computer you have for some reason.
I don`t know the reason but 80% of my stages with sea work perfect while the other 20% lag for some reason although I did exactly the same.
But in general like CT said, Nvidia is supposed to be better than ATI but there are already 3 guys no using the ATI 5770 without problems, so it`s also a good and quite cheap option for you. |

I have a NVIDI GForce GT330M and 8GB of RAM, yet I struggle to get decent graphics. I would say that I get around halfway with the settings... |
