I bought the game via the download offer on the pcm hompage, and paid via paypal.
I then got directed to a site that said that i would get download info via email.
I have not gotten any mail... its been several hours. and i have written their support, but it says that they will answer within 2 days? omg i cant wait two days...
I think you have no other choice to wait 2 days. Normally you should get the link within these days.
I think the only fast way is paying by credit card. Don`t really know how long it took for me via paypal.
Paying through Paypal should be as fast as credit card. Are you sure that you entered the correct e-mail address? If yes, check your paypal account if the payment got through. If yes, check the spam inbox.
I entered my credit card information and clicked submit. The page reloaded but didn't send me anywhere else, the program did not download, nor did I get an email.
I tried it again with the same results.
I'm cautious to try it again for fear that I'll be triple charged on my card.
You do not need to link your credit card to the paypal account, if you want to pay with your credit card. You only need to do it if you want to pay with your paypal account.
I would suggest that you check if your credit card has been charged yet. (Most credit card companies offer this information in their online services but you could also call them got get this information.) You should have done this after the first payment though, because I don't think you would get your money back if both payments went through.
If your credit card has been charged, but you still did not got any mail, you should contact nexway (I am sure there is a mail link somewhere on that order form).
