help in differences since pcm 2008

I´ve recently start playing pcm 2010 having played and dominated pcm 2008 quite well. My point is that I found some tips (eg. switchin from attack to dot constantky) for pcm 2008 which allowed me to reach good results in mountain and hilly stages even with no favourites riders. The fact is that I can´t apply them in pcm 2010 so I think I need some tactic actualizationSad. I´ve also found there are huge difference if you change the effort bar number while in pcm 2008 there weren´t. Cuould anyone help me with some basic advise since I´m a beginner in pcm 2010 but not in pcm? Wink
