hi everbody
Everytime i start a career and i close it or the game crashes
i can't open it agian
what wrong did i do wrong?
i have patch 1.0.4.2 and the 2011 databse
hope you guys can help me |

I read and saw that the game destroys the save during a crash. Also I read that some pleople cannot continue the career because the game skips all days after loading.
But I never heard of a corrupt save after closing the game. Are you sure that you close the game as it should be closed? Try to go to the main menu and quit it from there if you didn't do this before.
You mentioned the patch and the DB (pcmdailyDB?). But did it work before you installed the patch and/or the DB?
You could also try to play for at least one week (in game) before you close the game. The game creates weekly saves (which can be found in the similar named folder). Try to load these instead by copying them into the regular save folder. |

I play with pcm daily's v2.1 and then 2011 everthing works
accept sometimes saving
i tried to doe what you said and that worked but when i click on load my game crashes
but when i click on last saved(don't know what it's could in english)
everything works |

I had this at one point. Just remove all the savegames you dont really care about from that folder onto the desktop. If it works after that one by one re-place them back in, and repeat hitting the load button each time. On re-placing one in, if it doesn't work you know that, that is the broken savegame.

No, he is talking about the saves. If one of the saves is corrupt, then you cannot access any of them in the game.
So move or delete all saves from the save folder except the most recent one.
BTW:
1. The saves have the ending .cdb.
2. The saves and the weekly save are in the database folder in the pcm folder in My documents, shouldn't be to hard to find them.

If i open it there are only database
So 1of them is corrupt?or is there a place where i can save while i am in a career? |

I do not understand a single word of what you wrote.
I am not at my game computer right now but as far I can remember the saves are in My documents/[pcm]/Database/[name of db]. The weeklysave folder is around there as well.
Search your computer for files called .cdb if you really do not find the folders.
The game saves automatically whenever you advance a day or after you raced a race. It also saves when you quit to the main menu. So do either of these things to save. |

No, read the post of valverde321 again and then my answer.
You can have as many careers as you like. But if you delete the corrupt saves (saves NOT weekly saves) then you might be able to load the non-corrupt saves again.

oke i think i found them but
when i just let 1 cdb in it crashes when i click load
with all of the cdb i have
what have i done wrong |

1. You have to remove ANY corrupt save to be able to load non-corrupt saves.
2. It is a trial and error game to find the corrupt ones. If you are not able to figure it out, just delete all of them.
3. If you want to continue your career after you emptied that folder, move one of the weekly saves into the empty folder and try to load that instead.

Hi agian.
I tried to figger it out but there is 1 problem
someone said that i should remove the save folder and try it then but
that is where the problem is. If i go into cyanide folder then pcm 2010
i can't find anywhere a save folder. I wasn't able to load from the begin( when i bought the game). Hope you guys can help

The saves are in MyDocuments/ProCyclingManager2010/database/solo/ and not in the game folder. |
