Domestique Posts: 463 Joined: 17-09-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Is it possible to find the stats and stat limits of the Under-23 riders using the Lachi Editor? I was hoping to narrow down my scouting to just a few regions and I do not want to waste an entire season scouting say Australia if there are no future great/promising riders that year. Thanks for any help.
