Hello again, I tried to recruit some riders but when i try to click on the purple square game crashes. Anyone can help?

Do you copied the local.cdb of the db into mydocs?
These pink squares normally mean that some graphics are missing. These are defined in the local.

same thing is happening to me and I have replaced it multiple times.
