I've heard about the Man-Game and i have read some reports. So, my question is: How can I play a carreer without having to control a team but still be able to "watch" the stages in 3D? Thanks.

Correct - you can't.
In the Management Game, a team is controlled, but the reporters are not doing anything with it. |

So if i understand it they are controlling a team but they let the riders anbandon or so? How do the directors of the Man-Game manage to take place in every race?

The riders don't abandon. They just ride around and chit-chat
Races are being done through the Single Race mode with startlists for each race. |

Are the reporters playing with the weakest team to try to minimalize the influence on the races?

The team consists of a bunch of free agents, so it's correct to say that they are not the best riders around. |

As far as I know there are all manager teams, that are participating plus an extra team for the reporters. So this team isn`t doing anything and doesn`t appear in the results.
Edit: Too slow

Are the Team-Managers passing there Line-up for each race?
And how are they making startlists so fast?

All the line-ups are decided prior to the season start. Startlists can be made rather easily if you have the rider IDs available for each team - which we do (from the season planners). |

Each manager has their team, and the races they will do, so it is up to them which riders they send to which races

It's possible to apply for a position in the off-season. We're currently in July. |

Every mode but the career mode is without training. So all riders have a 89 fitness.
Just the daily form in the stage is making a different then.

So if you have a rider that is by far the best in GT's and you let him participate in every GT he could win all of them?

A GC rider doesn't have that many race points available. Dekker, for example, only has 45 race days.
Besides, no riders are "by far the best".
