i am just to stupid to get the downloaded databases into the game.
Might some one try to explain it for a total computer looser?

I think there is always an installation guide next to the download lnks of the db`s.
What DB are you trying to install?
If you have installed everything correctly then you also have to choose the DB in the game options before starting a race/career...

What for an alltime database? There are plenty db`s like PCM Daily, ASO, PPDB, P&A, Fullcyclingmanager...
Every db has to be installed in a different way.
In general it`s like
1 install game
2 install patch 1.0.4.1 if you just play singleplayer
3 install DB (often there are files coming into the gamefolder and other files into mydocuments into the PCM2010 folder)
In case of the PCMDaily DB there are a few downloads you need for the newest version.
