Team Leopard is a new professional road bicycle racing team from Luxembourg led by the brothers Andy Schleck and Fränk Schleck, with Brian Nygaard and Kim Andersen as team managers.The main sponsors for the team have not yet been announced, but it is known that Trek will supply the bicycles.The team will not be officially active until the start of the 2011 cycling season. On December 13, 2010, Jakob Fuglsang revealed that the team would be called Team Leopard, in reference to the management company run by Nygaard.Manager Brian Nygaard the next day denied the team will be called Leopard True Racing, which had been a rumored name for some weeks.The team will be officially presented on January 6, 2011.

Nygaard meanwhile said that the teamname is officially revealed the 6th january in the Kockelscheier (d'Coque an der Staat) together with the teampresentation.
The tickets foir the presentation (3.000 tickets) were gone within 1 1/2 hours...

I immediately knew that someone remembers, that i've copy that from Wiki...
But I wan't too make a thread where everyone can post news about the new Leopard Team...For example when on the 6th january at 8pm the team will bee presented, you can post her some picts or links for videos...

The new Luxembourg, ProTeam is an initiative of the sponsor Flavio Becca. The team manager Brian Nygaard said in an interview with the daily La Voix du Luxembourg.
"Flavio Becca is the central figure. I was surprised at his knowledge of cycling, "said the 36-year-old Dane. Becca is a sports enthusiast entrepreneurs from Luxembourg, who made his fortune in real estate.

What is confirmed is that one of the backers of the team will be Mercedes Luxembourg. The firm will providce the team cars and other vehicles, including the team bus. The bikes will be supplied by Trek. Sports directors are Luca Guercilena, Torsten Schmidt and Lars Michaelsen. Kim Andersen is the Team Manager.
