UCI published 4 new Conti Teams, all from Iran so huge for lovely Iran with 4 teams
Obv Tabriz and Azad University is two of them, the third is the smaller team Vali ASR, and the last is new team Suren Cycling Team.
Tabriz is really strong with Mizbani, Shpilevsky, Sohrabi, Eibegger and Askari. Looking forward to see the 4 teams battle in the Iranian races |

well Tabriz say they're aiming for a tour place (although i didn't see when). Good news for Iranian cycling (and for Pat McQuaid's international cycling goals) |

Team presentation after TDU is kinda strange, isn't it? |

Perfectly normal, it's more just a formal event. Nothing special at all.

Angel Vicioso has decided to end his career to become a ... priest.
For a rider who has been with teams like Kelme, ONCE, Liberty Seguros, Relax-Gam and LA-MSS, becoming a priest wasn't exactly my first thought. |

Didn't he sign a contract with an Italian team for 2011? |

He has signed with Androni, as far as I'm aware, but from the article I read, it sounded like he'd stop his career immediately. |

Is apparently a joke. He's not becoming a priest.

And there the dominator of the PCM lightly hilly sprint finish races in February goes...
Priest is really very surprising

Well, considering he has experience with putting things inside of his rear end, he has good training for the priesthood.
And yes, please be very, very offended at that. |

Florian Stalder retires with just 28 years as he couldn`t find a new team.
The Portuguese Pedro Lopes is banned for 15 years after missing several doping test dates. He was already tested positive in 2004 after winning the national championships. |

I think he needs to be alone and pray for all the dope he took when he raced at ONCE and Liberty Seguros
And why the hell did they need to ban him for 15 years? Hahaha really weird. Not for lifetime, that's too much, lets give him 15 years instead of it. He'll maybe return..
