I have just bought Procycling manager 2010 on PC and it has a database editor, please can anyone tell me how to edit a database and save it and use it in the game. Please could you make it a simple explanation, as i have never played this game before.
Heres a quick tutorial
step 1: Click on the PCM 2010 icon on your desktop
step2: a menu should appear click DB editor
step3: top right of the newly opened window click file =>open a CDB file => then open the DB you wish to edit
step4: when the DB has loaded edit as you wish...then when you have done click file => create the CDB database
step5: name the newly edited DB the click save
step6: go onto the game .. selct options=> then open the database you have created
step7: enjoy
Thank you tried this and changed a rider details, to see what would happen, but it didnt seem to lie the changes and when i saveed and loaded it up, there was no change. Seems like my copy wont like it.
did you remember to load up the new database?
in options?
did you press edit at the bottom right of the db editor after you had changed his stats!

Hi, I edited Bradley Wiggins stats, pressed edit and saved the new database but when I loaded it into a new game no teams appeared for me to choose. However, when I went into custom team the new and improved Bradley Wiggins showed up in the list of free riders. I went back and clicked edit on each team in the database but when I loaded it into a new game this time there was no Team Sky. I then borrowed a database from one of my saved games and edited Bradley Wiggins stats in that. Again there was no Team Sky in the team list but Wiggins showed up in the list of free riders when I went into custom team. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help me.
