Selection for World Championships in the game

Under 23 Posts: 89 Joined: 02-12-2006 PCM$: 200.00	How are the riders beeing selected to ride for thier contries in the World Championships? It is very anoying when i am Caisse d'Epargne and Valverde is the best rider on the game and in top form, but is not selected. It has been like this i 3 years in a row.

I don't believe it's totally random, however the AI has a tendency to overlook a few of the nations' top athletes, preferably the best riders on whatever team is controlled by the player. Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.Lance
