Well.. I was playing a stage in Tour of Qatar and in my career story. In fact, I had already played the stage and was taking SSs and writing the report. I had saved the replay ealier just in case the game crashes or something. Something happened and when I went to load the stage replay, it didn't load the stage I had played, but another stage simmed that happened in the same day as my stage. This bug had already happened to me in my 2010 story. Anyway, I searched and couldn't find any way to get the replay back, so I thought in re-racing the stage.
I searched a bit more trought the forum and the Full Editor. I was able to move 1 day backwards changing GAM_config, but as I tried to play the stage(it was the first stage btw) the game crashed. That's very probably because I didn't delete the results, and the start lists were different(at least mine was). What else should I change in order for the game not to crash when it is starting the stage? I think I should delete the stages in DYN_classification_stage, but then I would have to delete all the columns from the specified stages? And the right way to 'delete' a table would be going cell by cell and just blanking it? Finally, would I also have to change DYN_classification_race?
You could also try to load a weekly save. If you have very good luck than the weekly save was even on the day before.
The saves are in MyDoc/database/weekly save/
Just put the last into the Solo folder and load this one.
As far as I know the problem with the replays can happen if you edit something in the DB before going one day ahead. So all things that happened on the day you stay in your career (races, replays etc.) won`t be saved or at least not 100% correctly.

And my experiences with the replay problem(that was the 3rd time it happened to me): if you load a replay and you let the game keep running, in my case I let it minimized with the alt+tab, sometimes I'm doing other things than just writing the report.. even if the game is paused, the riders will 'race' in x1 speed.. if the stage ends(in this 1x speed thing), the "See replay; See podiums; See results page" menu will appear, then you won't be able to take SSs(because of the menu in the middle) and if you quit, when loading the replay it will load a simmed race in the same day. I think I have tried to click 'see replay' when it first happened, I'm not sure if I did and if yes what happened.
That happened twice to me in this carrer, the other one I had a replay problem it was the game crashing when changing alt+tab... these three in 6 days of racing
