Its not a bug as such, but there is something I have noticed on PCM. When I attack, my rider starts to pull away. However, if I put the speed to 2, 4 or 8x speed, he wont get any further ahead of the field, he will always come back into the peloton after I stop attacking. However, if I keep the speed on 1x, he gets away and stays away for a long time.
Wel, has anyone else noticed this on their game and if so, could you do anything to fix it.
This is not urgent and it is not a bug so nothing is wrong with my game.
Thanks. |

Hmm.. I'm not really convinced. Did the same stage twice with the exact same tactics each time, except when i broke away I moved the speed up to 8x. Absolutely nothing happened, when I left it on 1x my rider stayed away from the pack till the last Km.
Thanks |

Actually yeah. I played the last stage of Paris Nice (see my story) on almost all x2 and it was the first stage I played in my whole story that had a break stay away.
But maybe this is all a coincidence.

Ok, now that I have noticed it, it is crippling my gameplay experience *sigh*
Anything to fix it?? I am running patch 1.0.4.1 and using the PCM.Daily 2.1 version.
Thanks |

Errrr....play on x1 when attacking and trying to get a break established? Then speed it up. |

Let the gap get out to about 2 minutes - this generally means attacks from the pack will stop - then speed it up. |

I am running patch 1.0.4.1 and using the PCM.Daily v2.1 Expansion.
Finished the Tour de Romandie and it looked a lot better, dunno whats going on. It seems to be a bit hit and miss, so it might only be the riders in each race being stronger/weaker? |

i have explanation to this... the reason you rider go on a break and stays on the break with 1x is because it is slow. But when you do it at 8x the rider is caught by the pelaton because 8x is way fast. So the result is the same it just that your getting the result faster with 8x than 1x ....f that makes sense
Its by doing whatever that you become whoever

But that's the problem, harleyrules170 wrote that he experienced a different result on 8x. So what exactly are you trying to say? |
