when you click on 'observe' on a rider. From time to time it tells you what level ur on and also next to ur name. Obviously the higher the level the more information my rider has about the other rider....But how do i find the information that my rider gained?

Just click on the rider you observe, normaly their should be now also two bars (if your rider has discovered them) |

I believe that you just roll the cursor over top of either the rider you are observing or the rider who is doing the observing. The information should pop up over that rider.
I am not totally sure. I never do it. I do not see any value in the information gained. It would be better if they told you the riders form/fitness (racing and training) |

stupid question, but what information does it actually show you. I am just lost because everytime I do it it just does seem to have any effect or gain (tactically). Its just stupid thing to have as the rider doesnt even follow the guy he meant to be observing (or am I not doing it properly). Its good idea but it needs working on for 2011 game.

The main purpose of it - for me - is to reveal the other rider's form of the day. If a GC rider has an extraordinarily bad day, it may be a good idea to up the pace early (if it's a mountain stage). |

then suddenly, on the feet of the last climb, the guy sets a really fast pace with his team member, and a lot of people have trouble following, he attacks and you lose almost 2 minutes (lance armstrong mode on)
but other problem is that you will only get to know how good is his form near the end, so you might have few time to take advantage of the situation.
for me, observe is almost useless then. |

You get to see green/yellow bar aswell. I mainly use it in breakaways to check who the strong guys in the break are. |
