New playing perspective for furture releases

Being the Director of Sport is ok, but what about a riders perspective, one could start as a Jr or Neo. Entertain teams and sponsors for rides, haggle contract issues, face team demands or ultimatums, receive race instructions from the team car or leader. The rider could configure more detailed items such as cassette groups/gears and crank shaft ring sizes, though the crank rings are fairly standard when it comes to road racing. Or maybe a seasoned pro looking for a new start or the build-up of a posse-squad(select riders).

I'd also like to see changes in the controls, such as a meter which gauges the intensity mode of the race which would factor the wind, grade and terrain. This would correspond to controls such as gear shifting/selecting and cadence(rpm) or maybe the meter would readout like a cyclometer noting a drop/increase in speed with an arrow up/down. It would give the rider/player a better sense to understanding or controlling the ride.

Yes....I could droul on and on...your thoughts?
